Samenwerkende Fondsen Cariben

Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland, Oranje Fonds and Kansfonds provide financial contributions for social projects. These contributions can be requested via this website. For example, we support activities for the elderly and children, projects that aim to combat poverty, increase the opportunities of children and young people or that contribute to the quality of life and social cohesion in the neighborhood. But we also support, for example, the care of ex-convicts or addicts. In this way we want to ensure that everyone can participate in society.

The involved foundations

Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland, Oranje Fonds and Kansfonds, together form the Samenwerkende Fondsen Caribbean.

Samenwerkende Fondsen Cariben was founded to support social initiatives on the islands in the Caribbean part of the Dutch Kingdom. With this support, it is the intention to strengthen social involvement by bringing people together, helping them to move forward towards a positive future.

Strengthening Families Together

Strengthening Families Together is our program for social initiatives in the Caribbean part of our Kingdom. Social initiatives that promote equal opportunities for children, support parents/caregivers in vulnerable situations, and/or combat poverty issues.

Poverty and existential uncertainty are major challenges in the Caribbean. As a fund, we cannot solve these problems, but we can support initiatives that address these issues. With our three-year program, we are supporting fifteen initiatives that help families in vulnerable situations on the islands.
